1 . In main kettle, combine Sequence W ingredients and heat to 75℃ with good mixing. 2. In a side kettle, combine Sequence O ingredients and heat to 75℃ with mixing. 3. Add combined Sequence O to Sequence W at 75℃ with constant agitation. 4. Cool to 65℃ with mixing and sprinkle in Sequence P. 5. Cool to 50℃ and add cold Sequence W1. Cool to 42C and fill.
