1. Slowly add VEEGUM HS to the water, while agitating at maximum available shear. Continue mixing until smooth. 2. Heat W to 80℃. Heat O to 70℃. Add O to W with rapid agitation, cooling to 35℃. 3. Slowly dissolve W1 ingredients and add to W/O. 4. Mix until smooth and uniform.
