Bifida/Enterococcus Faecium/Lactobacillus/Streptococcus Thermophilus/Soymilk/Nonfat Milk Ferment Extract is the extract of the product of the fermentation of Soymilk (q.v.) and nonfat milk by the microorganisms, Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus thermophilus, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
